The SER Summit 2025 begins on May 20 at 10:00 AM at the Scandic Hafenpark Hotel in Frankfurt.
Depending on whether you arrive in Frankfurt the day before the summit (May 19) or on the first day (May 20), we offer two different hotel packages at discounted rates. Simply choose the package that best suits your travel plans.
The advantage of these packages? You save both time and money! Once you’ve booked a package, our Summit team will handle the hotel reservation for you.

Ticket FAQs
You can pay for your ticket quickly and easily by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or China UnionPay cards. Alternatively, we offer payment on invoice. This is to be paid within 30 days, otherwise the ticket will no longer be valid.
If none of the above payment options are possible or if there are any questions, please contact summit@sergroup.com, and we will help you find a solution.
The SER Summit 2025 is exclusively an in-person event. However, traveling to Frankfurt to experience the Summit live is definitely worthwhile! Previous attendees would certainly agree.
To provide you with maximum flexibility and convenience, we offer various ticket options (see above).
Each ticket includes:
- Admission for both days and unlimited access to all presentations
- Access to presentations and other insightful documents after the Summit
- Food and drinks: You won't go home hungry. Attendees will have a wide selection of diverse food and beverages available throughout the event.
- Dinner and party to wrap up day 1 at one of Frankfurt's hottest spots, "Oosten".
- You can relax, as we will handle hotel bookings if you choose one of our combo tickets.
We have booked the entire Scandic Hafenpark Hotel exclusively for our event and negotiated special rates. We are pleased to offer these special prices along with your entry ticket in two different ticket packages. Simply choose the package that best fits your travel plans.

If you are unable to attend SER Summit 2025 and need to cancel your registration, please note that we may charge a cancellation fee due to costs incurred in preparation for the event.
You might consider having someone from your company or organization attend in your place. We allow ticket transfers at no additional cost. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please inform us via email.
The cancellation fees are structured as follows:
- No fee if canceled by March 10, 2025
- A 25% fee if canceled by March 17, 2025
- A 50% fee if canceled by March 31, 2025
- A 75% fee if canceled by April 7, 2025
- A 100% fee for cancellations after April 21, 2025, or for no-shows.
