How can I pay for my ticket?

You can pay for your ticket quickly and easily by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or China UnionPay cards. Alternatively, we offer payment on invoice. This is to be paid within 30 days, otherwise the ticket will no longer be valid.

If none of the above payment options are possible or if there are any questions, please contact summit@sergroup.com, and we will help you find a solution.

Is it possible to attend the SER Summit 2025 online?

The SER Summit 2025 is exclusively an in-person, live event. However, traveling to Frankfurt to experience the Summit live is definitely worth it! Previous attendees would certainly agree.

Can I cancel after I've bought a ticket? What are my options?

If you are unable to attend SER Summit 2025 and need to cancel your registration, please note that we may charge a cancellation fee due to costs incurred in preparation for the event.

You might consider having someone from your company or organization attend in your place. We allow ticket transfers at no additional cost. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please inform us via email.

The cancellation fees are structured as follows:

No fee if canceled by March 10, 2025
A 25% fee if canceled by March 17, 2025
A 50% fee if canceled by March 31, 2025
A 75% fee if canceled by April 7, 2025
A 100% fee for cancellations after April 21, 2025, or for no-shows.

The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total amount billed.

Can a colleague attend the SER Summit 2025 on my behalf?

Of course! Please just let us know via email who will be attending the SER Summit 2025 in your place so we can update the registration documents accordingly.

When does the SER Summit 2025 start and when does it end?

The SER Summit 2025 opens its doors on May 20th at 10:00 AM.

Check in at our reception desk, grab a delicious coffee and a snack, and start networking. The opening keynote will begin at 10:45 AM.

The SER Summit 2025 will conclude on May 21st around 3:45 PM with a networking mixer.

Is food and drink provided at the SER Summit 2025?

Of course! SER is known for never letting anyone go home hungry or thirsty. Do you have specific dietary restrictions? No problem—there’s a field in the registration form where you can let us know.

Anyone who’s attended our SER Summit knows we’re famous for our parties! This year will be no different: we’ll wrap up day 1 at Oosten, just minutes away, with dinner and a few surprises. Maybe Doxi will even sing karaoke!

Will there be a meal afterwards? Maybe even a party?

After the first day of the SER Summit, we’ll celebrate together at Oosten—one of the coolest spots along the Main River in Frankfurt. Look forward to delicious food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of fun!

Will there be a shuttle service to the restaurant?

This year, no shuttle service will be provided, as the Oosten and the Scandic Hafenpark Hotel are only a 5-minute walk from each other.

Can I bring my luggage into the Summit area?

We want you to move around freely during the summit, so we’ve arranged for large luggage items to be securely stored in a storage room at the Scandic Hafenpark Hotel. For security reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing luggage into the event area.

What time can I check into my hotel room if I’m arriving on May 20?

You are welcome to check in at your hotel during the 'chill time' between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM on May 20th.

We want you to be able to move freely during the Summit. That's why we have arranged for you to store large luggage securely at the Scandic Hafenpark Hotel until your hotel check-in.

Since there are demos at the Summit, can I book a personalized one in advance?

Will photos and videos be taken at SER Summit 2025 and published afterward?

Yes, photos and videos will be taken during the event, and some may be shared on social media, our website or other platforms. By registering for the SER Summit, you agree to this use.
